About the Artist

Sage [they/them] is a fiber artist based in Grand Rapids, specializing in crochet and amigurumi. While amigurumi remains at the heart of their craft, Sage has recently expanded their repertoire to include wearable pieces and is exploring the art of drafting original patterns.

Crocheting since 2016, Sage began showcasing their work on Instagram and at local markets in 2022, slowly gaining a following for their playful and meticulously crafted designs. Drawing inspiration from their love of frogs, video games, and the joy of handcrafting, Sage’s work embodies a sense of creativity and charm that resonates with all who encounter it.
